Hanoi-based translator specialising in twentieth-century Vietnamese fiction. A graduate of the University of Hanoi, she has translated six novels and two story collections into English, and her rendering of Nguyễn Huy Thiệp's short fiction won the 2019 PEN Translation Prize shortlist.
