Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BroadCastBooks (“BCB,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Content Access
BCB grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased or subscribed content for your own private use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content available on BCB without our written permission.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. All payments are processed in USD.
Refunds
Per-title purchases of digital content are non-refundable once accessed. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but we do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Some audiobook narrations on BCB are generated using artificial intelligence. These titles are clearly labeled as “Discovery” tier. All underlying text content (translations and editorial work) is created by human translators and editors. By using BCB, you acknowledge that some audio content is AI-generated.
Intellectual Property
All content on BCB — including translations, narrations, cover art, and editorial material — is owned by BroadCastBooks or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. The BCB name, logo, and brand elements are our trademarks. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent access controls. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately.
Limitation of Liability
BCB is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of BCB is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
