Third-Party Services
We use Stripe to process payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, ConvertKit for email newsletters, and Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics, where used, are privacy-respecting and do not track you across other websites.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as payment transaction history).

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of BroadCastBooks after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
