Refund Policy
Effective: January 1, 2027
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Per-Title Purchases
Because our products are digital content delivered instantly, per-title purchases (ebooks, audiobooks, and bundles) are non-refundable once you have accessed the content. We provide a generous free preview for every title so you can make sure it’s right for you before buying.
Donations
Contributions made through our “Support + access” option are voluntary and non-refundable. Your donation directly supports the creation of new translations and narrations.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, please email us at support@bcb.asia with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We review every request individually and will respond within 5 business days.
